Refer A Friend Terms And Conditions  

• Anybody taking part in the Refer a Friend program is bound by the terms and conditions.
• Art Materials Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the program at any time without an obligation to reimburse or fulfill unredeemed credit in the customers account. If an account is suspended for what ever reason any unredeemed credit will be forfeited.
• When creating an account you must subscribe to receive our Newsletter/Discount emails (this can be unsubscribed in the future if you no longer wish to receive information from us).
• Referrers must adhere to good upstanding practices ie. No fake email addresses, no  fake identities, or multiple accounts. These will be monitored and will result in elimination from the program for All Referred Customers and also elimination of the Referring Customer associated with the account.
• If a customer is referred by more than one person the Customer whose personal link is used receives the credit.
• Credit has no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash.
• When a credit limit of €150 has been reached this must be redeemed before you can earn extra credit. Once this has been redeemed credit can be earned to your account again.
• The use of a script or any automated form of Email or Broadcasting the personal link is not permitted and will result in termination of the user from the program.
• The Art Materials Company’s decision in any aspect of the programme is final.
